Car Wrapping
We can create and wrap vehicles in completely bespoke vinyl wrap as per the customers specs. This can either be the entire car, or smaller elements such as stripes.
Vinyl Fitment
As with our car wrapping, we can help design and wrap a car to any specification. We can also lacquer over the top of the vinyl in order to make the finish permanent.
Pros
- Adhesion – PPF adheres better to factory finished paintwork. Vehicles that have had major repairs or paintwork done to them are higher risk of wrinkling, lifting and bubbling due to so many poor paint products being applied to repaired vehicles
- Customisability - The amount of choice you get with vinyl wrap is massive. You can choose any design you’d like, any colour you’d like, and any finish such as gloss, semi-gloss, matte, and satin. You can also use vinyl to imitate other materials such as carbon fibre, chrome, stainless steel, or even leather.
- Minimal Downtime - Painting a car can take several days at a minimum. At a maximum, it can take weeks. This is because there is a lot of prep work involved in painting a car. Vinyl, on the other hand, only requires a clean car and a design choice.
Cons
- Quality Differences - Some companies will be better than others at installing a vinyl wrap. While some can definitely provide a quality, lasting wrap, others cannot maintain a high-quality level resulting in wraps that are less durable and which fade over time. To make matters worse, a low-quality wrap may even damage your paint when removed, causing additional headache. This is why it is extremely important to get a professional to do the job for you
- Some just like the look of paint
- Arguments can be made that an extremely high-quality paint job adds significant character to a car. The immediate counterargument is that high-quality vinyl wrap can match the appearance of almost any paint job at less than a tenth of the cost. This makes vinyl wrap the much more appealing option
- Adhesion – Vinyl adheres better to factory finished paintwork. Vehicles that have had major repairs or paintwork done to them are higher risk of wrinkling, lifting and bubbling due to so many poor paint products being applied to repaired vehicles
All of our wrapping services can be applied to the entire vehicle, a selection of panels, a single panel or even part of a single panel. Tell us what you are looking to achieve and we can help you create that.
